SHIPPING POLICY

We offer pick-up service in Dallas, Texas. If you are interested in picking up your order, please select this option at checkout.  We will contact you via text when your order is ready to be picked up. If you need something rushed, please contact us at hautestuffdallas@gmail.com.

All items are shipped via USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS depending on items purchased and location. Tracking numbers can be sent once the item(s) ship. All shipments are made with no signature required. If you would like for signature to be required, please contact us and we will be happy to do so.

We are not responsible for any theft of item that is delivered without a signature. 

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not accept returns at this time, we will offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of receipt of your shipped items. Please note that item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us prior to returning an item and we will provide the information for returning your item for store credit or exchange.

All sale items and customized/personalized items are final sale.
